<div>Adelya believes that yoga is a journey of self-discovery. She encourages students to honour their bodies and trust their intuition and her classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness and connection.</div> <p>Adelya teaches various styles of yoga as well as meditation and Pilates. Drawing from the wisdom of teachers such as Jason Crandell, Anna Ashby, Kristin Campbell and Parveen Neer, she offers a supportive and transformative practice that leads to personal growth. Adelya is committed to a lifelong practice of gratitude and being in the present moment.</p>
<div>Cary Perkins' yoga journey began in 1995 with her first teacher, Mitra Sarkhosh, who taught Svaroopa Yoga, a nurturing style similar to Yin. Over the next two years, Cary explored Kundalini, Vini and Iyengar Yoga before taking her first Ashtanga class with Tim Miller in 1998. Ashtanga Yoga has been teaching her ever since.</div> <div> </div> <div>In 1999, Cary made her first trip to Mysore and was authorised to teach by Pattabhi Jois on her third trip in 2005. She learned through Third Series and pranayama with Tim and Guruji, and has worked on her Third Series with Eddie Stern, Sharath and Philippa Asher. Cary has led Mysore programmes in Boston, New York City, Oslo and Perth, and has been teaching in London for over 15 years.</div>
